• we can preview activities now

Things to get done:

• clean up things we did last time so it's not specific to DIY project service. i.e. ExternalProjectService
• setup run, create workgroup. <- needs "saving project to database" to work first.
• update sail-portal at Concord (20 minutes)
• decide how to split up work, if needed
  • see how it goes today and next week
  • not strict timelines at this moment.

Things we got done:

• started working on importing project to local db.
  • made ExternalProjectService interface that extends ProjectService interface, and made DIYProjectService implement that.
  • decided to save ProjectService into local db.
• updated sail-portal at Concord (20 minutes). It now has the preview functionality
